Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team on a PRN basis in Michigan. You will provide OT treatments under the supervision of an OT, helping patients regain independence with daily activities.

This role offers flexible PRN scheduling, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow clinically. Prior skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus, and NBCOT certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Current COTA/OTA license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current certification or eligibility for NBCOT certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving independence with daily activities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
