Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join our Linden-based therapy team. This part-time role offers flexibility to supplement your current schedule and PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited school.
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, functional mobility, and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Document treatments and communicate patient updates to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
