Job summary

Magnolia Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support individualized treatment plans under a licensed OT, helping residents regain independence and quality of life within our in-house therapy program.

You will collaborate with an Interdisciplinary team, supervise rehabilitation technicians when needed, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining ethical, compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians where required.
• Maintain documentation and billing in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in case management and inter-disciplinary meetings.
