Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Rich Creek, VA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care under OT supervision.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in OTA, a valid state COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of experience. The role is part-time, daytime, with benefits including 401k match and generous PTO.

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
