Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our team in Medina, OH. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and document patient progress to the supervising OT.

The position offers a daytime, part-time schedule (20-25 hours/week) at Champion Creek – Medina, OH, with benefits such as 401k match and generous PTO. A current state COTA license and NBCOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
