Job summary

Broad River Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our ALF facility in Gatesville, NC. An OTA provides direct care under the clinical supervision of an Occupational Therapist to maximize residents’ functional potential in all areas of life.

Qualified candidates will hold an OTA license in North Carolina and an Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive team environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• An Occupational Therapy Assistant performs direct care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• OTAs must be licensed in the state of employment.
• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care under OT supervision to maximize residents' functional potential.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and therapeutic activities.
• Support OT goals and documentation as required.
