Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our skilled nursing facility. This full-time role is 30–40 hours per week, with rotating weekends and a $7,000 sign-on bonus.

New grads welcome and mentored in a supportive environment. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide direct care to residents, maximize functional potential, and help maintain high-quality care in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Maximize residents' functional potential in daily living activities.
• Support high-quality care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

An Occupational Therapy Assistant, is a skilled licensed therapist who performs direct care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
