Job summary

THHN Consulting LLC is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide skilled home health therapy as 1099 independent subcontractors across Florida. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence with a flexible schedule you control.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, ADL/IADL training, adaptive equipment instruction, and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida COTA license (NBCOT certification) required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers) required.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Valid W-9 provided if needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome.
