Job summary

THHN Consulting LLC is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to provide skilled home health therapy services as 1099 independent subcontractors across Florida. You will work under an Occupational Therapist, helping patients regain independence with a flexible schedule you control.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, ADL/IADL training, documentation, and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted COTA license in Florida (NBCOT certification required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Proof of professional liability insurance and valid W-9.
