Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Tampa, FL is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes. This role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and the chance to deliver meaningful care without hospital shifts.

You will manage your daily routes in East and West Hillsborough, receive AI-assisted charting, WellSky/Kinnser EMR, and ongoing clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• CPR certification
• Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
• Flexible scheduling options (PRN)
