Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You address the whole patient, ensuring their independence, and work collaboratively with peers and referral teams to provide high‑quality, compassionate care. Your role focuses on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Compensation

Posted Salary Range: USD $30.00 – $38.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00.
