Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function across therapy settings. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments while focusing on the whole person.
You will collaborate with peers to address diverse patient needs and support referrals to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. This Full-Time role includes mentorship for new grads and opportunities to grow within a nationwide care team.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You address the whole patient and see them as an individual, executing a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence. You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of the work and the settings. You collaborate with peers and facilitate referrals to ensure patients receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
