Occupational Therapy Assistant

Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Rehab

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments to patients to restore their physical abilities and independence.

Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed to ensure high‑quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards.
2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Compensation

USD $27.00 – $34.00 per hour.
