Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to support skilled nursing facility patients in restoring independence and achieving therapy goals. You will work under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist and Director of Rehabilitation to guide education, exercise programs, and activity modification tailored to each resident's needs.

Position Summary:

Education/Qualifications:

• Employee must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college.

• Must hold a current and valid license granted from the state of employment.

• Current and valid OTA license granted from state of employment.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.
