Powerback seeks a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team providing services to older adults and children across the United States. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning.
The role requires graduation from an accredited OTA program, NBCOT certification, and licensure eligibility.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patient goals and ensuring care is individualized and compassionate.
You will: 1) Develop and implement therapy strategies with patients. 2) Monitor progress and update treatment plans. 3) Educate patients and families about home exercises and adaptive equipment. 4) Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other providers to coordinate care. 5) Maintain accurate documentation and assist in quality improvement initiatives.
Posted Salary Range: USD $49.00 – $52.00 /hr.
