Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients across the U.S. by implementing OT programs, following recovery plans, and delivering compassionate therapy.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team to tailor care and meet individualized goals. Responsibilities include developing strategies, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, coordinating with other clinicians, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate OTA program following AOTA/ACOTE standards.
  • NBCOT certification obtained.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

FULL-TIME OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT

Overview

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant you help patients get well by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities, following recovery plans, and delivering therapy treatments. You work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting patient goals and ensuring care is individualized and compassionate.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
  • Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $49.00 – $52.00 /hr.
