Job summary

CASL is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver Adaptive Behavioral Support to clients with ASD and developmental disabilities in the Chinatown area of Chicago. The OTA will work under supervision to conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and educate caregivers, focusing on social-emotional development, sensory regulation, and functional independence.

You will collaborate with clinicians, coordinate with families, and document progress in EHR while participating in community outreach

Qualifications

• OTA license in Illinois
• Experience with ASD and developmental disabilities
• Bilingual English/Chinese preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABS therapy under supervision and lead BATP sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to tailor interventions
• Conduct assessments and document progress in EHR
• Provide caregiver education and home-based guidance
• Engage community partners to expand access to services
• Maintain compliance with CASL policies and CSC regulations
