The Chinese-American-Service-League (CASL) seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver Adaptive Behavioral Support therapy for children and adults with ASD and intellectual/developmental disabilities in Chicago. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote social-emotional development, sensory regulation, and functional independence, while engaging caregivers.

Based in Chinatown, Chicago, the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure/credentialing requirements apply.
• Deliver adaptive behavioral support therapy with supervision.
• Collaborate with BHCS and external providers for planning and care.

Responsibilities

• Clinical responsibilities include BATP and delivering occupational therapy under supervision.
• Collaborate with the BHCS department and external providers to improve assessment and treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and caregiver interviews under supervision and credentialing guidelines.
