Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team at SMP Health - St. Raphael in Valley City, ND. The role focuses on direct patient care for adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

You will deliver OT services under the supervision of an occupational therapist, handle documentation, and communicate effectively with residents and staff. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• State license required.
