Ascension St John Sapulpa is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN daytime coverage. You will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to implement treatment plans and document patient progress.
Qualified candidates will have Oklahoma licensure/certification, BLS, and an appropriate education level. This role supports discharge planning and patient education within a mission-driven health system.
