Qualifications

• Associates degree required in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies or related field.
• 0+ years of experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, therapies, and interventions
• Assist patients in developing, improving, or maintaining the skills needed for daily living and work activities
• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments in a SNF setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in in-service training and continuing education to stay current with best practices and industry developments
