Job summary

The Rivetus Team is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered OT treatment in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will contribute to treatment planning, adjust therapy as needed, and participate in care conferences.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with other disciplines, assist in discharge planning, supervise students, and ensure high-quality care. Michigan licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions with professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments under supervision according to established plans.
• Contribute to development, implementation, and progression of patient treatment.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
• Complete documentation and maintain medical records.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for comprehensive patient care.

Contributes to the development, implementation of, and progression of patient treatment and modifies treatment as necessary. Participates in patent care conferences and program development.
