Solimar Post Acute in Oxnard, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in our in-house rehab program. We offer a stable team, great benefits, and a sign-on bonus of $5,000, with pay ranging from $37 to $45 per hour based on experience.

Join our in-house team to provide skilled therapy to geriatric patients, under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Join our IN-HOUSE Team in Oxnard as a dedicated COTA!

We offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistants for our in-house rehab program.

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance.

Pay: $37 - $45 per hour based on experience.
