AgeRight Home Health is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the Oregon City area. You will deliver person-centered care, establish treatment plans, and support patients and families to meet goals with a compassionate team.

Minimum qualifications include an Oregon COTA license, OTA degree, and at least one year of experience. Home health experience is strongly desired, with opportunities for growth and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Oregon.
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university.
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA.

Responsabilités

• Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders.
• Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes.
• Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired.
• Organizational skills to facilitate program development
