Job summary

AgeRight Care at Home is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Oregon City area. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, develop treatment plans, and document progress to help clients achieve therapy goals and improved quality of life.

Ideal candidates have an Oregon COTA license, an OTA degree, and at least one year of home health experience, with strong organizational skills and a passion for helping seniors and other patients in need.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon.
• Appropriate degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university.
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders.
• Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes.
• Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Oregon
• Appropriate degree from Occupational Therapy Assistant program at an accredited university
• One or more years' experience working as a COTA is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Home Health or a Skilled Rehab setting is strongly desired.
• Organizational skills to facilitate program development
