Job summary

AgeRight Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Marquis Hope Village team in Canby, Oregon. You will support an OT supervisor, implement personalized care plans, and drive residents toward functional goals using evidence-based programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining licensure.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy by implementing personalized care plans under the direction and supervision of a Occupational Therapist.
• Utilize AgeRight Therapy’s evidence-based clinical programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
