Job summary

AgeRight Care at Home in Oregon is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for home health in East Portland. You will establish treatment plans, complete notes, and teach patients and families to meet goals with person-centered care.

Requirements: OT license in Oregon, CPR, and NPI on hire. Preferred: home health experience. We offer mileage reimbursements, up to $25,000 for education, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) with employer match, and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR Certification.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire.
