Pine Crest Health & Memory Care in Merrill, WI, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will provide rehabilitative treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help geriatric patients recover functional abilities.

• Graduate OTA program completion.
• Current state license/registration where applicable.
• All levels of experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in coordination with the supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes to supervising OT.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME

PINE CREST HEALTH & MEMORY CARE - MERRILL, WI

Pine Crest Health & Memory Care in Merrill, WI, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome
