Duties :

1. Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision.
2. Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
3. Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments.
4. Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Open to candidates at all experience levels.
