The Health Center at Research Park, affiliated with Ensign Services, Inc., seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a dedicated in-house therapy team serving residents in Huntsville, AL. You will provide skilled services under supervision, help residents regain independence in daily activities, and contribute to compassionate care within a collaborative setting.

New grads welcomed; licensure current; you will deliver exercises, track outcomes, and support a culture that values

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state OTA license/registration.
• New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Passion for serving the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve independence with daily activities.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatment interventions.
• Monitor progress and communicate outcomes with the supervising OT.
