Boulder Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN coverage in Colorado.

You will provide occupational therapy services within your scope of practice to our residents, support a compassionate team, and contribute to high-quality care in a warm, community-focused setting.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in CO - required
• CPR Certification

Rate Range: $33-$39 per hour
