Boulder Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN shifts in Boulder, CO. You will provide physical therapy services to residents and get to know your patients and team.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year PTA program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist Assistant license - required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited 2-year college level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• LTC/SNF experience a plus!

Rate Range: $33- $39/hour
