Job summary

Wickliffe Country Place is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will work with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure therapy plans are followed and documented accurately.

The role emphasizes hands-on care, collaboration with the care team, and staff training to support ongoing therapy goals. Ohio licensure and a bachelor's in OT are required; new grads are welcome.

• Registered and licensed OT in Ohio.

• Experience with NetHealth and PCC is a plus.
