Job summary

Premier Therapy in Wooster, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide OT treatment, and monitor progress to improve independence and quality of life.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain thorough clinical documentation. Current OT license or eligibility required, and SNF/long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
