Job summary

Pleasantview Care Center in Parma, OH is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, following physician orders and AOTA guidelines, working with families and care teams to meet therapy goals. You will document progress, train staff, and collaborate with other clinicians in a skilled nursing setting.

Required: BA in OT, Ohio OT license; new grads welcome; NetHealth and PCC experience a plus.

What You Bring
