Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, evidence-based practice, and building effective rehab programs to enhance recovery and quality of life.

The successful candidate will be a licensed OT, with AOTA-recognized education and NBCOT-OTR designation where required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with degree from an accredited program recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT-OTR designation required or state-mandated equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Delivers skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients and families.

Experience/Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist. Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA. Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated). This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
Some Duties For This Position Include

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
