Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities.

Licensed OT with NBCOT-OTR status; degree in OT from an AOTA-recognized program; open to all experience levels. We provide mentorship, CEUs, licensure reimbursement, and a supportive, growth-focused environment to improve residents' recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR with NBCOT designation).
• Graduate of an OT program recognized by the AOTA.
• Open to therapists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Uses evidence-based practice to guide OT interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary OT services to patients with physical function disorders.
• Provides consultation to patients, families, and other service providers.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).

This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
