Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals
• Implement therapy interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and strength
• Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and techniques to improve independence
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on how to continue therapy exercises at home
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
