You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy, educate families, and mentor OTAs while staying current with OT advances to improve residents’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans through a variety of therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to improve daily functioning.

• Provide guidance and support to Occupational Therapy Assistants and other staff members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in Occupational Therapy to provide the best possible care for patients.
