Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Designs and adjusts patient treatment plans to relieve pain and restore function.
• Educates patients and families on goals and home exercises.
• Performs patient transfers with safe body mechanics.
• Creates splints/orthotics as needed and documents care per standards.
• Collaborates with the medical team and mentors staff/students.
• Monitors care by support staff and supports productivity standards.
• Completes reporting and participates in team meetings.
