Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) - Illinois IDFPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days, per American Heart Association guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and treats patients with orthopedic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and functional needs.
• Designs and implements individualized plans of care with goals, outcomes, and discharge plans.
• Educates patients, families, and staff; documents evaluations and progress; collaborates with care teams.
