Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in SD required upon hire.
• 1–3 years clinical patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific factors for patients from infant to geriatric.
• Develops and implements individualized treatment programs and evaluates patients using diverse data sources.
• Provides direct therapy services in various settings and coordinates with rehab, medical and nursing teams.
• Plans therapy considering patient physical, emotional and intellectual capabilities and coordinates with care plans.
• Prepares documentation including evaluations, treatment plans and progress notes.
