Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to establish patient goals and determine therapy type, frequency and duration.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized occupational therapy treatment plans and timely documentation.
• Supervise and delegate OT care within state practice acts and federal regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring sources and centers to support patient care.
