NovaCare Rehabilitation in East Lansing, MI is seeking an Occupational Therapist - Outpatient to join our outpatient orthopedic team and deliver quality patient care. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a salary of $75,000–$95,000 (pending experience), a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and debt relief benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OT program.
• State OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services for orthopedic patients.
• Collaborate with referring physicians to establish goals, frequency, and duration.
• Mentor and orient new graduates through evidence-based practice.
• Adhere to state practice acts and HIPAA guidelines.

Salary: $75,000-$95,000 (pending experience)
