Job summary

In this role you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver interventions to improve function and independence, document progress, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. TX license or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current TX license (or eligibility)
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
