Job summary

Relient Health in Granite Bay, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Senior Living Community. Join a warm, supportive team delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering collaboration.

New grads welcome. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, document progress, and educate patients and families. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary care team and supervise COTAs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CA license (or eligibility).
• Passionate about improving patient quality of life.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
