Apploi is seeking an Occupational Therapist in California to evaluate residents and patients with various disabilities and develop individualized plans of care aligned with federal and state guidelines.

You will instruct families and caregivers on adaptive equipment use, maintain precise records, and ensure documentation complies with policy and regulatory standards. A state license is required where applicable, with preference for 1 year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree.
• Current OT license as required by state law.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• State-approved certification for advanced level treatments where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Screens and evaluates residents/patients and develops a plan of care.
• Instructs residents, families and caregivers on adaptive equipment use.
• Maintains patient records accurately and timely.
• Provides adaptive tools and treatments tailored to patient needs.
• Completes forms and documents per company policy and state/federal regulations.
