ConnectedHealth is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for school-based services in Longview, WA. This 36-week contract offers up to $72/hour and focuses on students from elementary through high school with individualized treatment plans.

You will assess motor and sensory needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure optimal educational outcomes while maintaining documentation and participating in team activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in elementary, middle, and high school grade levels, implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Assess student needs and develop appropriate interventions to support gross and fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure optimal educational outcomes and accommodations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with district policies.

• Participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, and school events as required.
