Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for school-based services in Longview, WA. This 36-week contract offers up to $72/hour and focuses on students from elementary through high school with individualized treatment plans.

You will assess motor and sensory needs, implement interventions, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure optimal educational outcomes while maintaining documentation and participating in team activities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school experience.
• Experience assessing motor and sensory needs and daily living skills.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students across elementary to high school.
• Assess student needs and develop interventions for gross/fine motor and sensory processing.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support accommodations and education outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with district policies.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
