Soliant Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality school-based OT services across two Illinois communities. The role requires occasional travel between Peoria and Bloomington, with one day per week in Peoria in an ED setting and three or more days in Bloomington serving ED, Aut, Life Skills, and other needs.
You will assess students, develop and implement targeted treatment plans, and work with educators and families to support educational goals.
